- Do not abuse the service: no automated scraping, excessive requests, attempts to bypass rate limits, or attacks on our infrastructure.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use files obtained through the service. The Scrapper does not host content and has no control over what is published on third-party platforms.
Third-party platforms
The Scrapper is independent and not affiliated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, X or Snap. Their content remains subject to their own terms. Features may stop working at any time if a platform changes.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular link will work.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Scrapper and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms or the service at any time, and may block access for anyone who violates them. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
