DMCA & Copyright Policy
Last updated: November 7, 2026
The Scrapper respects the intellectual property of others and expects its users to do the same.
We don't host content
The Scrapper does not store, host, cache or re-upload any video or audio. Every file is fetched on request, directly from the platform where it was originally published (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X or Snapchat), and streamed to the person who asked for it. Nothing is kept on our servers afterwards.
If content infringes your rights, the most effective step is to report it to the platform hosting it — once it is removed there, it can no longer be fetched through The Scrapper.
Filing a notice with us
If you still believe our service is being used to infringe your copyright, send a notice to contact@yourdomain.com containing:
- Your full name, address, phone number and email.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the content on the original platform.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
On receiving a valid notice we will block the listed URLs from being processed by The Scrapper, normally within 3 business days.
Repeat abuse
We may block access for anyone who repeatedly uses the service to infringe copyright.
