Why does it say a video is private?
We can only download videos that anyone can watch without logging in. Private accounts, close-friends stories and age-restricted posts won't work.
Do you keep a copy of the videos?
No. Files stream straight from the platform to you — nothing is stored on our servers.
Can I download on iPhone?
Yes. In Safari, tap Download, then open the Downloads list (the arrow icon in the address bar) and save the video to Photos via the Share button.
